“He (God) never said to anyone, ‘Seek me in vain.’” ~Matthew Henry, 1706
God faithfully answers faith-filled prayer.
Faithful people pray to the Lord. They beat a well-worn path from wherever they are to heaven’s gates. Their footprints are frequently found in God’s courtroom. Heaven’s Judge finds the fragrance of their prayer sweet to smell.
Faith-filled people faithfully pray. Prayer fills their time: it’s frequent to God. Prayer fills their thoughts: it’s familiar to God. And prayer fills their hearts: it’s faithful to God. The one who prays like this finds that God faithfully answers!
God pays attention to the one who adores Him in prayer. God never fails to answer me when I honor then humbly ask Him for aid. God always answers my petition when I first take time to pray: God faithfully honors my requests in Jesus’ name when I honor and revere His name first.
There are no dangers that can detour me from asking God for help. Fears can frighten me and sometimes do. But fear can’t keep me from prayer and petition. For faith is forever stronger than fear.
I will always fail when I fail to faithfully pray to the Lord. Prayer is priority. For prayer is poison to Satan and sin, and its power comes from God’s throne.
When my prayers are filled with faith in God, He faithfully answers them!
Attack Point: Faith in prayer is empty faith. Beg God to give you faith in Him before you pray!

This was a rich and encouraging reminder of the beauty and power of prayer. I especially appreciated the imagery of a well-worn path to the throne of grace. Thank you for stirring up faith and calling us to seek the Lord with confidence and reverence.
My prayers always begin with thanks, followed by petitioning for understanding of His will for me. Sometimes it takes the form of talking with Him when I’m out in the yard working, usually amazement at His creation of the ‘little’ things, miracles to us. I often think I’m not good with prayer and ask for the Holy Spirit to please step in for me. I think I’m insecure about asking things for me, so almost never do except to use me where intended.
I don’t consider myself a prayer warrior, but am thankful that God is very often in my thoughts.
